Impregnation Plant
Promivac double
chambered continuous Impregnation Plant is specially designed to ensure
high quality of mpregnaion at a much faster rate than tha of the
conventional type. Here, both he chambers can perofrm turn by urn, the
duties of an impregnating chamber and htat of a storage tank, whereby
we not only get increase in capacity, but can also save on ime as well.
Thus in a way, this fulfills he duty of a bigger plant.
The anks are
fabricated from M.S. Sheet of appropriate thicknes and are fitted with
leak proof lids with handles. Two viewing pors are provided on each
tanks for observing the process under ligh. Each tank is provided wih a
Vacuum Gauge, Vacuum Line, Valve and Air Leak Valve. At he bottom,
Impregnent Admittance Valve, Drain Valve Iner Transfer Valves are
provided. The unit is mounted on angled iron stand for facilitating
smooth and easy operation.

Sage High VAcuum Pmp driven by mos reliable elecric moor is supplied
wih each uni to create vacuum of the required degree.
A specially
fabricated liquid trapping cum filer assembly is incorporaed between
the vacuum pump and impregnation chambers in order to check he back
flow of the Oil and Impregnent in case of sudden soppage of pump.
hermosatically
conrolled arrangemen for heating the chambers can also be provided if
desired. Thsis would enhance the qualiy of impregnation as heating
accelerates the process of he evacuaing gasses an moisure trapped in
fine pores and capillaries of the subjected components. Heating also
helps maintain he uniform and optimum viscosity of the impregnent.
